Strategy Consulting

Evaluation of sustainability strategies with regard to the Green Deal, the Sustainable Development Goals and ESG reporting requirements. The goal is a sound assessment of sustainability performance on a scientific basis.

Training and Education

Development of training programmes on specialist topics such as sustainability reporting, circular economy or Responsible AI. Including lectures and teaching on sustainable development and corporate social responsibility.

Stakeholder Relations

Development and facilitation of stakeholder processes, guided by current standards for stakeholder engagement. Moderation of dialogue formats and materiality analyses using methods from quantitative research.

About me

I studied process engineering with a focus on bio- and environmental technologies. Since then, I have been working in various roles in the field of sustainable development: in research, as a managing director, as a professor and as a consultant.

2000–2004
Researcher, Sustainable Europe Research Institute (SERI)

Leading Austrian and European research projects, primarily on sustainable information technologies. Co-founded the IT start-up Sustainability.TV as a SERI spin-off for live broadcasting of sustainability events.

2004–2011
Managing Director, respACT — Austrian Business Council for Sustainable Development

Building and leading Austria's foremost business platform for CSR. Responsible for the TRIGOS award, the Austrian CSR Day and the stakeholder process for the guiding vision "Success with Responsibility".

2005–2015
Partner and Co-Founder, Konkord

Vienna-based music label. Responsible for financial management of productions and accounting of the non-profit association.

Prof.(FH) DI, IMC University of Applied Sciences Krems — Programme Director & Sustainability Coordinator

Directing the Master's programme in Environmental and Sustainability Management with approximately 30 students per cohort. Sustainability coordinator of the institution, responsible for ISO 14001 and participation in the Times Higher Education Impact Ranking.
